Tomahawk is the most “Garang (manly) steak” among all steak cuts. It has a long bone and large amount of ribeye meat. Loads of flavors are released from the huge bone and inter-muscular fat in the ribeye meat when grilled. This makes the steak cut extremely flavourful, leaving the diners salivating for more.

The reason for the Tomahawk name is because the long bone resembles a single-handed ax. Sometimes, this steak cut is referred as the “cowboy steak” or a “bone-in ribeye”.

Ever since we introduce the Tomahawk steak in Stirling Steaks, it has been a huge favourite because of its unique shape and superb flavour.
